Architects Part III & II

We are an innovative practice exploring the collision of digital technology and craft, seeking architects with a similar interest to help produce beautiful buildings in innovative ways. We have a strong studio-based design ethos and encourage a good work life balance.

On our book shelf: Creativity Inc, The Boat Building Manual, Ornament: The Politics of Architecture and Subjectivity, The Art of Japanese Joinery, Programming The Raspberry Pi.

On our desk: An HTC Vive, WikiHouse joints, a drone, contemporary sedan chair designs, a venus flytrap.

In our past: Helsinki Wood Course, Geoffrey Bawa, Grand Designs Treehouse, building with driftwood in rural Canada, a chapel set in Laurie Lee's orchard.

Our present: Virtual reality, a chatbot, flexi-time, a treehouse hotel, Lived-In.

Our location: The top floor of a 18th century mill in the Stroud Valleys; a beautiful and vibrant area in the heart of the Cotswolds, well connected to Bristol and London.

Where we hope to be in 3 years time: Continue to design highly crafted buildings using cutting edge technology, challenge the house building industry and grow our team of engaged individuals with the ambition of producing better architecture.
